After many months of debating I have come to the conclusion that what interests me most with my work has a common thread.....opposites!!
I can trace it right back to my degree work exploring elements of Japanese aesthetics, yin and yang, the juxtaposition of materials, of opposite materials and the resulting reaction.
That is why i'm so interested in the fusion of digital with traditional techniques because they are the very opposites and its that juxtaposition that generates such fascinating results.
